Comets Struggle Against Raiders

The boys soccer team dropped its first game of the season 9-1 against the Iroquois West Raiders Tuesday at home. After falling behind 6-0 at half, the Comets played with a little more energy in the 2nd half. The Comets only goal came from Jackson Crater who was able to find the back of the net with an assist from Austin Termain. Nathan Minuth mustered up six saves.

The Comets will host Plano Thursday and then compete in the Somonauk Tourney on Saturday.
